Labor Condition Applications (LCAs)

LCAs are filed with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration and provide notice that the university will file an H-1B application for an individual holding the job title. Please note that these are not notices of open positions; candidates have already been selected or currently hold the positions.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour division of the United States Department of Labor.
