Immigration Attorney Lindsay Fullerton will briefly go over the basics of the J 212e home residency requirement before explaining options for fulfilling the home residency requirement, remaining in the U.S. while subject, and waiving the home residency requirement.
Note: This session will not be addressing physician waiver. The focus will be on no objection waivers.
