WashU faculty, staff, and students should use this form to request rooms in Alumni House on the Danforth Campus.
If you are approved to reserve a space in Alumni House, you assume responsibility for the proper use and care of the space. OISS is not able to provide equipment troubleshooting or additional chairs, tables, or other supplies. At the conclusion of the reservation, the room must be returned to its original condition and configuration. This includes:
- Removing all personal items and trash, and leaving the room clean;
- Restoring all furniture, equipment, and other room elements to their original setup;
- Ensuring that no damage has occurred to university property.
Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the facility—whether due to misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with this policy—must be reported to OISS at oiss@wustl.edu immediately. The reserving individual or group may be charged for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs as deemed necessary.
Alumni House is locked and access is limited outside of business hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. If your event is outside of these hours, you are responsible for the security of the building by allowing access to attendees only.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in loss of future reservation privileges.
