Lexi provides support for record processing in the Foreign National Information System (FNIS).

Rachel is responsible for all internal and external communications, including the website and social media, across various systems. She also manages the OISS operational budget, internal service requests and invoices. Her work with the operations team is focused on processes and efficiencies.

Julie provides administrative support to the OISS Executive Director and assists with communications projects including website maintenance.
